Do not buy this hat it's GARBAGE!!!!
Do not buy this hat! It is complete garbage. It feels like it is made out of paper and looks like something you would find at a dollar store or Goodwill. It is not cheap at all, yet Nordstrom refuses to take responsibility for the terrible quality of their product.They want me to drive half an hour just to return it—with California gas prices as high as they are!—or pay $9.95 to ship this piece of trash back. This junk is absolutely not worth it. What a massive disappointment from their customer service. I shop at Nordstrom frequently and expected much better treatment.
