Really works!
I barely put the pillow case on and my son dropped his apple juice all over my pillow and. It didn’t go through the pillow case! The pillow case itself feels a little rough so you have to put a pillow case on. The protection this pillow case gives is more than worth the price.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Also NOT waterproof!!!!!!!
This product says it is 100% cotton but it is not. The tag says 80% cotton, 20% polyester and then the backing is some weird chemical i have never heard of. I already returned it because just touching the backing gave me an allergic reaction. I was touching the backing while testing this to see if it was indeed waterproof. It is NOT waterproof!!! A small amount of water penetrates this thin cheaply made item.

NOT 100% cotton, weak elastic.
The elastic around the edge is very weak and does not keep the mattress cover ON the mattress. Corners slip off frequently. The product description says 100% cotton, but per the tag on the mattress cover, no part of it is 100% cotton. Skirt is 100% polyester, and the "100% cotton" terry cloth is 80% cotton + 20% polyester, laminated with polyurethane.

No leaks
I have an old dog that has urinary issues when she sleeps. This mattress protector is highly absorbent. No urine leaks on my bed. It washes up nicely

Waterproof/Comfort/Fashionable
What more could I ask for in a mattress cover. Well maybe heated. Put this on the bed 2 weeks ago. While filling my cpap chamber got distracted by the dog misbehaving and dumped about a quart of water onto surface. Mattress dry underneath. Will definitely recommend this to others in need of a waterproof cover for mattresses.

Great mattress Protector
This is a great mattress protector. It is absorbent and does the job well. It fits the bed well. Easy to put on. I appreciate that it goes in the dryer so no need to hang to dry.
