Covered In Goo

Received this in perfect packaging. Opened up travel bag with the contents to find the handle quite literally stuck in the pouch covered in a “goo” similar to a tree-sap. I had to wash my hands 3 times with Dawn dishsoap to get the stick off my fingers. It was literally unusable considering I couldn’t even pull it out to figure out what the “goo” was. Nordy made it right, but def need better quality control especially since this wasn’t advertised as “refurbished”.
