My online order arrived, broken with one of the lenses completely popped out, and the security tag still on the glasses, which conveniently resulted in the alarm going off in the Nordstrom Rack retail store, where I returned it. Only nice thing I have to say about this order was that the store representative was somewhat apologetic when I brought it in (clearly not his fault though). Next time, it would be nice if Nordstrom Rack double checked what they are shipping to their customers so they wouldn’t have to be inconvenienced to return the item to the store. Defeated the purpose of me ordering online. 😔
