Defect
The plastic part of the heel in my shoes broke, stabbing my heel and causing it to bleed. I've loved Converse so much that I've worn over 50 pairs, but this is the first time this has happened. How can I return them?

Run super narrow at toebox!
These shoes are so cool but they run VERY NARROW. See my pic vs another pair of Chucks in the same size. I'm a woman with a regular width foot and these sneakers squeezed below the toes so badly that they left marks. The CX line also runs smaller so DO NOT SIZE DOWN if you still decide to go for these.

Love these cons. If you get frustrated by the white sidewalls of your cons always getting scuffed and marked, these are the ones for you. Very thick clear rubber on the sides prevent scuffing. I have worn them on vacation and went all over in them with no scuffs. Very comfortable and easy to slip on with the little loop on the back. I went in to buy another pair and saw they are sold out of my size. :(
