Stopped steaming
Bought this steamer 2 months ago and loved it. We used it daily with distilled water only, and even travelled, using the dual voltage system without issue. Then, suddenly, the steamer stopped producing steam, though it seemed to still be heating up… it’s completely defective! We spent a lot of money on it and are incredibly disappointed.

A Big Disappointment
I bought this a few months ago and was only able to use it two or three times before it stopped working. As directed, I only used distilled water, but after the first few uses, I couldn't get any steam to come out.

I'm really disappointed with the purchase as the steamer stopped generating steam after just a couple of uses.... Sadly had to return which also cost almost half of the steamer itself....
