On Sale non returnable..
Sized much larger than expected. The coat was darker than pictured, and the collar was cut too big. The overall quality did not meet the standard I expected from Cole Haan. Purchased it on sale, and unfortunately, it was non-returnable — now I understand why. It felt more like an outlet sale item of defective clothing. Very disappointed.

Great product, lousy pricing schemes
I've been eyeing this jacket for awhile, and finally decided to make the purchase. I love Cole Haan products and find their shoes to be of excellent quality. I'm happy with the coat so far, but I'm sick of the pricing shenanigans surrounding Black Friday sales. Two days after I purchased the coat, it was on sale for 20% less than what I had paid for it. I'm reluctant to shop again at a company that can't simply set a price and stick to it.
