Lyndon Waterproof Tall Boot (Women)

I’m so glad I ordered these beautiful, well constructed tall black boots. The Lu fit true to size and with just a slight lug sole, will be wearable with so many outfits and also for many seasons to come. I’m 5’7” and they may be too tall for a very petite person. Very happy to have purchased at sale price and also much appreciate they were offered in my size 10 1/2 which can be difficult to find!

These boots looked nice & when reading a couple reviews, I thought I’d give it a shot. First time the boot came, I thought the calf circumference was wring so ordered it again. Second time I ordered it, again same calf width in addition to receiving worn boot. Anyway, I was suspicious of the review where it said that the “calf width was “14.4” as it sounded fake. Facts: FIRST, the calf width IS appx. 16.5 & stretches even more with elastic in the back. SECOND, the toe box is round & roomy, not narrow! Next, the boot is pretty high in the front, reached my knee (my height 5.5) so for shorter ladies, I’d say don’t bother as it would be uncomfortable especially given that the leather is tougher most likely due to being treated. As to being waterproof, honestly I wouldn’t know since I only tried them. Overall, I was disappointed as I expected better from Cole Haan. it might work for some but I felt that the design measurements were off. If you found the info here something you think might be suitable for you, I’d perhaps give them a try. Needless to say, I’m returning them. PICTURES: to the right (my left leg) is the Cole Haan boot in comparison to a Blondo boot which lacked in leather quality but sized properly.
