Very Disappointed in Unusable Defective botle
I'm unable to use the perfume I purchased because the bottle is defective. The tube is missing that is supposed to be attached to the top of the spray nozzle. The top is impossible to open to at least dab the perfume. I tried to submit a return and was told it is a final sale so unable to return so I paid for something I can't even use. Very disappointed.
