problem A: initial order delivered earlier than projected, i missed the e-mail notification (my fault), received return and refund notification, (all of this happened before projected delivery date). problem B: i re-ordered item, kept a watch for new delivery notification date, notification was made as an update of the re-order e-mail (not a separate, later e-mail as was sent the first time), fortunately i checked the older e-mail, found the delivery notification there, and was able to contact the store and secure a later pick-up date range before THAT order was returned as well. problem C: item sent was the wrong size, not what i ordered
