Beautiful watch but....
This is a beautiful Citizen watch and really look stunning. However, the way HauteLook packaged this item was really awful. The watch was in a box, not even wrapped or covered with plastic for protection, and worse, was not even on the watch cushion holder. Now, I am debating whether I will return this item or not. Good watch but poor customer service.
