Not Woth It
Love the design, but construction and fit are horrible. For reference I’m typically a size 0 in this brand. I was swimming in the size 0. The 00 size was better (but still too big in the waist) but it arrived with missing buttons, hem was half gone, and the belt is awful. Also, the buttons kept popping open. As an aside, for the price of this dress, I’m also disappointed that it showed up in a wrinkled mess of a ball. Both sizes are going back.

In the process of undressing
The dress itself is well made and I love the concept of one shoulder being off shoulder. In fact I have a top from ASTR the label that is one shoulder off and I love that. For some reason, this dress looked like I was in the process of undressing and someone caught me in my bedroom! LoL! There was no way that I could make it work. Also, I got a size 0 and it fit with some room in it. I am usually between a 0-2.
