Seneca Metallic Long Sleeve Midi Shirtdress

I received my dress and upon taking it out of the package, gold threads were coming out. It didn’t look like the photo at all; rather it was covered in a ton of gold stitching that overwhelmed the green. While I knew from the reviews that it was unlined, I didn’t realize how uncomfortable it made it. It was so scratchy that there is no way anyone could wear this for more than 30 minutes. Even for the sale price, this dress wasn’t remotely worth it.

I loved the dress when you tried it on, very pretty and unique coloring and loved the metallic threads. When I wore it to a party I received multiple compliments. So why only two stars? First off the it runs huge! When trying in the dress, I downsized once and was happy with how it looked and felt. When I wore it to an actual event, the belt did not hold the dress in place and I ended up looking like a sack of potatoes. The beautiful threads….by the end of the evening they were sticking out all over the place. They snagged in everything. The area around the useless belt is snagged beyond belief! I really believed this was going to be a multiple event dress. It will be three if I am super careful. It was a great price point so at least I didn’t loose hundreds of dollars.
