Missed the mark.
I was really hoping this dress might be an option for a couple of upcoming events but it missed the mark. The skirt is MUCH puffier that it appears in the picture and while it fit perfectly everywhere, it was too tight at the upper back and would not zip the last few inches. Going up a size would make it too big overall. Also, the tie under the bodice has silver caps on it which to me, takes away from the formalness. Back it goes.
