Torn, worn, dirty and missing top part.

I received the dress and it has a torn shoulder string. The top part of the dress, the shawl part, is missing and it has been used and worn. First time ever writing a review. Thats how disappointed I was. Couldn't even try the dress on as it was cleary used and dirty.
