Metallic Tiered Minidress

I acknowledge that my disappointment is on me, since the depictions are very correct. I was looking for a dress with sequins or metallic shine to it, that one could wear to work without feeling overdressed, but could turn into a party dress with an addition of a different purse or earrings or something like that. I got what I asked for. This dress has pockets (always love that), and I love the fabric (I just wish they would do something more interesting with it). It is comfortable to wear and a bit playful. It is, however, unflattering. Mostly because of how the front panel hangs loose. Busty gals would look square in it, more flat-chested people would also look square, but flat on top of that. I am thinking that a wide, corset-like belt may save the day, but not sure it's worth it.
