The vinyl seems as if it would irritate at the edges if worn too long or any swelling took place. It fit good out of the box, but that's not a good determining factor, esp since the vinyl piece at the top was snug at that point. I can't imagine them getting any more comfortable as the night would go on.. I hav had many pr of vinyl shoes in the past and have learned what to keep and what not to.

Cute, but was a bit snug at the vamp for me. I could see this becoming annoying and uncomfortable rather quickly. I wore it in my house while sitting at my desk, for about 10minutes.. and it was already getting 'snug' feeling. I wouldn't wear these out to dance; maybe to dinner or a lunch, but not in the heat.. your feet will swell and there is zero give to the clear vinyl. Too bad, they're a cute shoe, which is why I gave it 5 stars. It's def a cute shoe for the right foot. . For reference: I don't have a wide foot, I'm narrow-average width.
