Great Hair Tool

I went from a wand to this curling iron, so it took a little getting used to, but I’m loving it!!! I was concerned about this being refurbished, but honestly I would have thought it was a brand new product.

Nordstrom Rack sells an item that didnt work

I would not give this item any stars at all. It never worked and Nordstrom Rack would not return or exchange it. It is awful that they would sell an item that doesn’t work!!!

Refurbished Perfection

I love it! I waited so long for a T3 and felt it was not in my price range. I was leary of a refurbished product bit so glad I purchased it.

Best cyrling iron!

Best curling iron I have ever used. Truly is single pass. It heats up quickly and helps to control frizz which is a big plus. I purchased refurbished and it is like brand new.

The product is good, it fulfills what it promises, reason why I give three stars is because this had already been used, the box came without any seal, it looked dirty, and it did not come properly packaged either, it seems that someone ordered it before and returned it; I would have liked to have a new one and not one already used but clearly I will not be able to return it since the store is demarcated under its non-return policy on this product.
