“Harshly” feminine
Sleeves are so stiff that they don’t “flutter”, giving it a rather severe shoulder pad look. Fabric is substantial and lined but overall look isn’t as soft as I thought it would be given the shoulders.

Quality of fabric not what I expected
I purchased the black with pink flowers version of this blouse, which is gorgeous and looks great on. This blouse and the ties look "fuzzy" in comparison.
