Smocked Waist Tiered High/Low Skirt

If I were rating this as a regular skirt, I'd subtract a star (or two) for construction and sheerness. This skirt is made from a very lightweight, sheer(!), gauze-y fabric that is exactly what I was looking for to use at the beach and on vacation to throw on over my swimsuit. I'm 5'8" and 140 lbs - small fits perfectly and hits lower on my calf than on the model. Total skirt length measures 33" (size small) from top of waistband to hem for reference.

This skirt looks great on and so comfortable and extremely flattering. Ref 5’6” / 125 lbs athletic build. So cute w T-shirt and sneakers!

I’m thinking the model is really tall because this skirt is much longer on me. It’s not a flattering length.
