Shoddy and amateurish workmanship!
I really wanted to love this shirt because the Merlot color is so pretty. However, the shirt ruffles look like they were sewn right onto the outside of the shirt by a beginning sewing student as a last minute idea. Awful! Will be returning.

Surprisingly cute
This is a fun little top. I am size 6, 5'6", 36C, and the size small is flattering and not tight. The Merlot color is pretty for Fall and Winter, the fabric is soft, stretchy, casual, and the shoulder ruffles are feminine and entertaining. I tried it on, on a whim, in the store and liked it enough to buy it at full price -- which does seem a bit high for an everyday top.
