Poor Quality and Extremely Oversized

I ordered a medium, but it fits more like an XXL. The sizing is completely off, and the sweater is extremely oversized and baggy. The fabric feels very cheap and is also rough and pokes the skin, making it uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately, the quality and fit were very disappointing.
