Odd Fabric
The fabric is very odd, with a crunchy texture. The white floral print is also odd: it feels sticky to the touch and sticks to itself. Returning this blouse unfortunately.

not for me
Usually CeCe runs small so I ordered a size up and it was huge - this cut definitely runs large in my opinion. The fabric is really unpleasant to the touch, stiff and crunchy. Also the sleeves have a diagonal cut elastic at the end that is too big and doesn’t work so it drapes awkwardly. Ended up returning
