True to size for small
As a reference I wear size 34D full coverage bras, 118 lbs, size 4 waist. I bought the XS after reading reviews here saying it runs large and to size down. I would say that if you are smaller than a full C cup do not size down, you will have a little gap, fabric pulling out between buttons in the middle of your chest, will be worse when moving arms, we are not manikins haha. I returned and reordered a size S

Beautiful shirt, colors spring-soft yet not too pale. Love that it's not shiny! But -- size down! XS = S!! ♡
