I was nervous about sizing after reading the reviews, but I had no issues with my arms fitting even wearing a sweatshirt under. I like the flattering waist definition on this jacket, and how it isn’t too puffy. I ordered multiple sizes and size 1 fit me comfortably even with my chest (34DD).

This coat is poorly cut. The sleeves are cut very small no matter which size you choose. If you size up enough for the arms to fit then the body of the coat is too large. Poorly manufactured in China.
