Would love for Nordstrom service to arrive?
I was so excited to purchase my first Canali suit. It was a fantastic price, and I jumped at the opportunity. What showed up at my house was not the picture show. My suit showed up with no pants, no buttons for the jacket sleeves, and an anti-theft tag still attached to the jacket.
I reached out to customer service was very kind and I believe wanted to help me, but they told me it was the last suit, but I can see at Nordstrom the exact suit for sale in my size.
I am an avid, Nordstrom shopper and I have never had a problem like this before. Can you please help me?
I really just want the soup that I bought. The only resolution from customer service was I could return it for a refund.

Squeezing Every Last Penny From the Customer
This is a beautiful Canali suit. Just wondering why after paying more than $2000 for the suit I had to pay for hemming and some minor alterations to the pants. And then had to wait two weeks unless I wanted to pay even more. Has it always been this way? I don’t think so.
