I rarely write reviews, but if you're thinking about these sandals -- get 'em.
The Dana sandals popped up on my radar last summer (yes, from the "10K steps in new york" sandal review -- she did her research!! 🙏). I was tempted at the time, but was concerned they may be too wide for my narrow feet.
I have a summer trip coming up and I'll be putting in some steps, so I *finally* gave in and bought them. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.
The sandals were incredibly comfortable straight out of the box and there was zero break-in time for me. The straps are soft, malleable leather and they don't rub my feet. The rubber sole is flexible and the foot bed is wide (in a good way) which gives them great shock absorption - but they don't look clunky.
For reference, I'm usually wear a US size 8.5, but other reviews say they run large, so I opted to size down and went with the US 8/EUR 39. Perfect.

Meh.......
I bought these for the padded footbed and the back ankle strap. Underwhelmed by the style as it looks on my feet--too matronly. Also the buckle is made out of some undetermined (to me) material and looks cheap. I bought the black and the brown. The brown is definitely going back mostly due to the buckle but also, I think I can do better. The black--not sure yet.

the best walkable cute travel sandals
I loved my Camper sandals! I had never heard about the Camper brand, but they are amazing. I wanted a cute black sandal to match with my outfits while traveling in Europe.
