Irregular Sizing
I have bought these same panties in the past with no problem, but these 3-packs purchased from Nordstrom Rack are irregularly sized, two of the three panties being an entire size larger, but marked as L. Upon calling customer service, I was told irregular sizing is not considered a defect. As a long time Nordstrom customer (over forty years), Nordstrom Rack can do better; shame on the customer service staff informing their customer that mis-sizing and / or irregular sizing is not a defect, and hassling a customers for stating otherwise (buyer beware).
