Really nice coat
I just got this (haven't worn it outside yet) and am mostly very happy with it. B+/A- coat.
Pros: It's rated down to 0-deg F with "moderate activity". So, perfect for Mid-Atlantic winters. The hood is removable (a pleasant surprise). The faux shearling is very faux but soft and comfortable around the neck. The inside zipper pocket is spacious enough for a phone. The main front zipper is hardy metal and seems high-quality (we'll see!). The hood is comfortable, not too big as to fall off your head immediately, and does have cinch toggles. True to size.
Cons: I do wish there were an exterior storm flap over the zipper. Also, there is no closure for the main pockets, although there is that nice interior zippered pocket I mentioned above.
In summary, a jacket I am very pleased with!

Defective, repackaged , awful smell.
Terrible customer service if you would let this even be delivered to a customer! the quality of the clothing has been just soooooo disappointing !! Ugh!
