Lomita 4-Piece Hardside Luggage Travel Set

Calpak Lomita 4pc missing everything but the large suitcase. My order was cancelled multiple times. Finally it was processed and all I received was the large suitcase, no carry on, neck pillow or eye mask. I really wanted a different calpak but bought this because it was on sale but now I’m currently in limbo trying to receive a refund or the missing items.

I’m a Calpak fan. I have a diaper bag, lunch bag, backpack, weekender bag, and was excited to add the luggages to the collection. Unfortunately the handle snapped off right before our trip after filling it up. We flew internationally with a family of 6, so we had to transfer our belongings into 3 carry-on luggages, which though you think we had the extra hands, we didn’t. Our eldest is 8 plus our two toddlers and infant already had our hands tied. Plus we had to lift our luggages bc some of the pavement wasn’t roller friendly. It would’ve been more challenging carrying the large luggage with only one handle that we were afraid would also rip off. I’m sad we are adding another similar review to the rest of the bad reviews.
