Party Line Dotted Maxi Dress

I’m typically an XL and can even size down to a large if something isn’t fitted, so the 0X should’ve worked for me and it actually does everywhere but in the bust. I am only a C cup, so it’s not like I’m any more than average, but the buttons fasten comfortably everywhere else but across the chest. The dress is so pretty that I would consider sizing up for myself to see if that would make for a better overall fit. The sleeves are also too long. I am 5 foot 5 inches so might work out better on taller girls. otherwise pretty enough that I would consider re-purchasing in a bigger size, and consider having it altered to fit properly.
