Wrong Color
I was so excited about buying this green cardigan I wanted to wear to a friends party. But, Nordstrom sent me a gray one and a size smaller. When I called customer service they said the green cardigan was sold out. Didn’t offer to give me my money back or a gift card. I spend so much money at the store. Disappointed customer!

Sweater duster looks and feels uptight
Purchased this sweater duster for myself with a generous gift card I received from a dear friend over the holidays. It's pictured as soft, flowy and dusty pink. Well, friends: This particular sweater duster is stiff + highly brownish. It looks and feels uptight. Even my friend (after I sent her a pic to say, "Thanks!") remarked on the discrepancy. The color isn't flattering at all. It reminds me of a foundation that looks perfect in the bottle but horrid once applied. I was unable to return -OR- exchange it due to rigid new policies. My recommendation? Skip this one.

Almost, Not Quite
I kinda liked this extra small sweater. However, the fit was so loose, and it looked so large on my small frame of 5'1", 110 lbs. The material was soft, thick. The collar was awkward, not sure how it was supposed to lay.

Beautiful Cardigan
I purchased the cardigan in white I’m 5-3 132. Medium was a great fit and length hits at my knee. The knit is a weight that drapes very nicely but not heavy at all. Patch Pockets are finished and do not sag.
