print is louder in person, runs very small

The fabric is a stiff poplin, somewhat thin/sheer, will need a slip. The sizing is way off. I order 2 of these in different colors, the waist on a 1X measured 36", not 40-41 per the sizing chart. This print looks subdued online, but it is much louder in person. I returned this one.

Bought a skirt; received a moo moo

I was so, so excited about this online. It was a fitting nightmare. The waist came up below my breasts and still hit the floor. It was a comedy, a sad comedy.
