only sent half of the set
Very disappointed. I needed this item for an event, and now I will not have it in time. I received the bracelet and only the bracelet in this set. Even the receipt accompanying the bracelet only said bracelet. I called customer care and spent 15 minutes talking to someone who was not sure of herself or the process, and instead of sending me the new set, I had to go through all of the hoops, being told FedEx would come and pick up between a 10-hour window. This was supposed to be easy, convenient, and fast, and none of that occurred. I cannot stress how ridiculous this process was and how disappointed I ambecause I really like the bracelet that came in the mail.
