It's pigmented and it really adds to my everyday look. I took someone's advice and use my finger for application (not super glamorous, I know), and it works really well. It's easy for me to get a solid coating on my eyelid, and I've even gotten compliments on the color. I highly recommend this, especially when you purchase their little $2.00 case.
