54mm Round Sunglasses

I wore these for two hours, took them off and put them into the case. When I went to go pull them back out of the case, the metal hinge had snapped off the plastic temple (that’s what the long arm piece that goes over your ear is called). They just glued a short metal hinge piece onto a shallow groove in the plastic, rather than embedding and molding the metal hinge inside the plastic of the sunglasses. Quality sunglasses almost always have the metal hinge entirely embedded into the plastic frame. Nordstrom of course exchanged them, but looking at the design or closely I realized it was going to happen again, and it wasn’t worth the money.
