Disappointed with Inconsistent Eyewear Packaging
This is the second time I've purchased Nordstrom Rack and I'm disappointed. The first time, I ordered a pair of Dior sunglasses and they arrived without a case - just loosely packed in a box. Now, I ordered Burberry sunglasses and they were shipped in a Gucci case. I expect more consistency and care, especially when purchasing designer eyewear.
