Very uncomfortable, hurts when going uphill or running flat surfaces. The only time I enjoyed running in them was when going downhill.

Best shoes in the planet!!!!
These are the best trail running shoes I have ever owned. I keep getting complements and I tell people that they are great! Soft, lightweight, and the color goes with a lot of my outfits. The best sole grip for on and off the trail. I use them everyday, I work long hours and I find my feet to be not tired at all! I even took on my backpacking trip to the Sierras last month. Super comfortable. I highly recommend these shoes.

Do not waste your money
Terrible shoes for uphill running, made it painful to run. It does have a good grip when going downhill but other than that I would not recommend.

Great
These replaced my new balance trail shoes. I am surprised how much I like these. There is a lot of cushion, like a hoka shoe, but it holds your foot with a lot of support (esp with side-side) which is great for uneven ground when hiking. I also have problems with plantar fasciitis in one foot that is triggered by hiking, and my feet are basically pain free with these. Would recommend.
