Fun print!
This is such a cute skirt with its happy print and a feminine ruffle around the hem. The dress in this print is very cute too, but I prefer a skirt that you can change up with different tops and jackets. I know I will enjoy it all summer long, and it will carry over into fall with a brown fisherman sweater and booties. It is lined 2/3 of the way down the skirt so not see-through and no extra slip needed. I also love that it is 100% cotton.
