The perfect amount of feminine
Prior to my purchase, I looked closely at the ruffles. I am a short, small framed woman and must take care I will not be overwhelmed in fabric. My instincts were spot on as the two layers of ruffles sit softly and away from my face. The comfort and relaxed design are lovely and feminine. The fit is perfect and, taken together, an instant favorite.
