Low Quality All Around.
This is one of the lowest quality gowns I have ever tried on. If you told me this was from Forever 21, I would believe you. First, even just trying the gown on and wearing it for literally less than two minutes, the gown lost 6 sequins. I can only imagine what that number would be after a long night out. Second, the base layer of the dress is made of a terribly itchy fabric. I had to shower immediately after trying it on because my skin was having an adverse reaction to it, (and I do not normally have sensitive skin). If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.
