it's very short
I don't necessarily have a long torso, but this fit more like a tunic tank top than a dress. If I slid it down to my waist, it fits like a flouncy knee-length mermaid skirt. I might wear it as such instead. The color is fresh and gentle, the fabric is stretchy without being too clingy.
