terrible Customer Service
I don’t know what’s happened to Nordstrom. Several orders received wrong size, item or broken items. Tag said XL but jacket was a small. Now it’s too late to reorder to receive before Christmas. Customer service says oh well sorry nothing we can do. Not the Nordstrom as it once was.
