Hanry Double Breasted Sportcoat

I wear 38 short. This blazer is extremely small, sleeves very short as is the jacket. It is skin tight. It is a slim that isn’t in the description. I returned for 40 regular so will see how it fits. It was rolled up in a ball and tightly stuffed in a small UPS plastic mailing envelope without any plastic protective covering. Absolutely a sin to do this to any garment especially one that retails for $695. Treating it like a rag. I can’t imagine who in their warehouse would do this. The jacket has nice thin material and is made well. It is made in Bulgaria and not Turkey like is in the description.
