Beautiful coat, but fatal flaw
This coat looks fantastic. The turned up collar and general shape of the jacket is very flattering. This coat has a fatal flaw: the zipper will continuously break, leading to multiple trips to Nordstrom's for repair - once every 2 months in my case. Nordstrom and Hugo Boss are specifically not mentioning this flaw, but this is why the coat is so discounted. I bought it for $500 late last year. The bottom of the coat has no stabilization leading to excessive pressure at the bottom of the zipper, leading to constant failures. This is the first item of clothing I have owned that I can say is broken. Nordstrom has no recourse for me even though the zipper first broke on Day 31-lucky me.
