I am a true 6 1/2 in shoes and occasionally a 7 in sneakers. I bought these in a 37 and, worn without socks, they were so loose that they fell off. Also, the patent looks like it will get creased almost instantly upon wearing. They did feel comfortable, but ultimately weren’t keepers for me.
