Received wrong item

I believe there must be a problem with the inventory tracking for this boot. I ordered the Chelsea boot and received a different style altogether. I returned it and ordered the Chelsea boot again. Again received the wrong boot, so I returned it again and gave up on this style. No one at customer service seamed able to identify and rectify the issue.
