I had never owned any type of shoe from Born. These looked great online and the price was excellent. Out of the box they felt terrific. The leather is very soft and stylish. The cushioning of the insole is better than I expected from a shoe with a flat sole. The third time that I wore these, I was out and about for 6+ hours. Most of that time I was standing or walking. The shoes felt great the entire day. The brown color is a little darker and looks better than in the photo on the Nordstrom site.

I’ve bought Born shoes for years. Their quality is still very good and when you find the right style for your feet the comfort is legendary. This is now my third pair of Born shoes that I’ve bought within the last year. My problem is finding good comfortable shoes, I’ve broken every bone in my left foot and let’s just say shoe shopping is not my favorite thing. I tried these on and immediately my left foot went Ahhhh. They are real suede and it is soft and thick, the dark brown color with beige highlights are attractive. Nice casual shoes for summer with jeans and an oversized button top. Give them a try boys for the price point you’ll get a steal. Not to mention with proper care they will last a long time long time.

Very please with the Born shoes but am very disappointed with the way they were shipped. The first pair I ordered from the rack were in a shoebox without a lid, and the box was put into an open clear plastic bag. That was then placed into a gray shipping bag and was how it was sent. This current order was two pairs of shoes each pair originally was put into a clear plastic bag, big enough to fit a pair of shoes only but was not sealed. Both pairs of shoes were put into a gray plastic shipping bag and were sent that way. By time they reached me it was one big jumble and the shoes were no longer in their clear plastic bags and during shipping. They’re allowed to roll around in the gray bag scuffing each other. I don’t get it. Do better with this Nordstrom it’s simple.
