cozy material
This material on this skirt feels so soft and cozy. It’s slightly form fitting throughout the hips. I’m 5’2” about 112lb and ordered a xs. I could have went with a small but it will work. The length of the skirt is not too short and will work well with tights. I would not dry this skirt.
