A good-looking Chelsea boot made from premium leather features Poron® XRD® impact-protection technology in the heel for excellent shock absorption and a breathable, cushioned footbed that can be removed and washed when you want to freshen it up. Chunky mixed treads and a low, stable heel provide excellent traction on wet and icy surfaces, and the thick sole adds insulated protection against underfoot contact temperatures.

BEWARE!!!!
THERE IS NO WAY THESE ARE SIZED CORRECTLY. What a disappointment. Will have to return and probably won't reorder. Why don't they figure out the sizing on these? Either that or check the print. No way these are an 8.5.

worth the hype
I lucked out and got these on sale at the end of the season. They are so comfy (as long as you wear thick crew socks to prevent rubbing around the ankle at the top of the boot) and I expect them to last for years to come. Perfect for rainy/muddy days on the Pacific Northwest.
